Congratulations to our Special Counsel, Dr John de Groot, and his co-author, Bruce Nickel, on the publication of the 6th edition of their text “Family Provision in Australia”.
First published in 1993, it now references 1915 cases and is a work of some 663 pages.
We thank both authors for the contribution they have made to scholarship and practice in this important area of the law for almost three decades.
